Terms and Conditions

1. The Furnlink Rewards Program commences 1st Jan 2017.

2. The rewards points issued by Furnlink can be redeemed for a gift only.

3. This rewards program is for account customers only.

4. Furnlink will issue a normal account statement at the end of each month. If your account is paid with the approved credit terms, your spend for that month will be converted to points and an advice email will be issued via this rewards site.

5. A gift or combination of gifts up to your current value of points can be redeemed at any time.

6. Unspent rewards points will expire after 6 months.

7. Gifts may take up to three week to receive after you have redeemed online.

8. Rewards points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

9. Furnlink cannot take responsibility if a gift becomes unavailable. A gift of equal value and quality may be substituted in this event.

10. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are in accordance with the original manufacturer’s policies and terms.

11. Furnlink will accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury from the use of any gift.

12. Furnlink reserves the right to update and change product offers, and cease this program at any time.
